Acne and attempting to get rid of blackheads in general is known as an adolescent problem. It has been proven that in these days about fifty-four percent in the female population suffer from acne. These issues include blackheads and pimples. Also for both men and women some have chest acne issues. Here are some tips to keep acne under control.

In adult years acne can be from an assortment of things, from genetic factors to the food you eat but controlling them is the complication. One of the main reasons acne invades our faces is from hormonal factors, and stressful lifestyles. They can also be caused by certain medications, and some types of birth control pills. Why do women get acne more frequently than men? Their hormonal changes, like the ones that are present during menopause.

Acne is caused by an over production of epidermal cells. Also by using certain lotions, or face make-ups that cover up the epidermal cells, skin’s pores causing irritation and flaking to occur on the surface of the skin. On the skin oil is also created, the oil must be handled by these pores. When lotions or make-up cover the pores there is no way for the oil to escape. When the pores are blocked the oil builds up under the skin, attracting bacteria to its environment. Better known as acne.

Another type of acne seen in women and also men is chest acne. Normal facial acne is caused by pollutants to the skin, and also what type of environment your face is exposed to. Having acne on your chest can be caused by a multitude of things one of them being the clothing you wear. If you wear clothing that is tight, and you barely have room to move around in it then your skin can probably not breathe. Your skin needs to breathe in order to permit sweat to evaporate. If you wore tight clothing and sweated, it would stick to you and the non-evaporated sweat would cause irritation and acne on your chest from the buildup of oily sweat exposure on your skin.

An easy solution to this problem is to use shower gels and topical products to reduce your chest acne. So dress in breathable clothing, such as cotton, and also use a shower gel to wash with every night and morning.
